How do I approach women if I never see any clear interest signals?

Everyone always say look for "prolonged eye contact, smiling, playing with hair, mirroring your body language, finding reasons to touch, and leaning in during conversation" when talking/approaching women, but what if you literally never experience (d) any of these things ever. I'm a somewhat decent looking guy, I'm not hideous just average looking. Never came off as creepy but I've never seen an opportunity like the ones above to approach women I find attractive so do I just keep doing what I'm doing and not bother at all or is there a solution around it?

You just get it over with. Let me tell you a secret if someone wants you….. if you ask them out they will say yes without having to pull of something elaborate. If your rejected you can move on and not waste anymore of your time and have closure so you can grieve it out and move on.

Everyone’s different. While those are good signs some people are also nervous. Yes she could reject you…… but you’ll know. Or she could say yes when otherwise you would have waited around until she moved on.

Why do you even want to "approach" women? Just talk with them normally. Non-verbal signs you describe will eventually happen when one is interested in you. Interest grows slowly though, better not be in a hurry lol

Yeah I've just become very socially awkward over the years. And seeing women everyday complain about guys wishing we would leave them alone has really shaped a lot of my reality. My problem is just talking to women feels like I'm holding your day up, or I'm just some random guy getting on your nerves

I always assumed women wanted to be left alone lol, by default. Because I observed guys approaching, I observed women's reaction to that, so I saw that approaching is mostly awkward for everyone involved lol.

That's why I'm saying you don't have to approach, just talk normally, organically, which means you need to be in a social place and you need a valid social reason to start or maintain a conversation.

Just start a conversation where appropriate. Just because they aren’t staring at you doesn’t mean anything. They might have not noticed you at all.

"Signals of interest" are of great interest to men who can't deal with rejection. If you're not bothered by rejection, or prepared to ignore it, you don't need them.
