Why can’t I log into my main app but the other app works fine?

For 3 days I've not been able to get on. I give my credentials and it says there's already someone with that name or the account doesn't exist. But I use the other app and I get right on.

Well, I just now got on it. 5 days. Once it was over a month and I didn't know there was another app.

Turn your device off for 5 minutes or so, turn it back on. That usually works.

I tried that. It's done it before then cleared up a few weeks later.

You should be able to access your app and management list on Google play or wherever you get your apps from and click the update button.
