If a guy works out, has strong arms, shoulders, and an attractive face, many women will be interested, even if he is a little overweight. If a man has a six pack, but he is skinny and weak, just cut looking due to an unhealthy fat ratio, a small number will be interested, but many will not.

They don't like someone overweight that is also weak and not physically fit. FYI, slim is NOT fit. Most slim people can't ride a bike 25 + miles, but some people that are strong and work out, but have a little extra on their stomach can.

lol, I don't know where this idea came from. I'm not a big fan of guys with a lot of Mussels. I prefer a tone and fit bod. Like my husband has. A "beer belly" is not attractive. I will say that I don't mind a dad bod, but I don't find them hot

I'll tell you something true. Just like guys, women prefer a beautiful body and a pretty face and nice hair. As we get older though, a good personality becomes more important, while not the only thing of relevance.

Go to the gym, lift some weights, run, get yourself some muscles, build some big arms. Eat protein. I promise you that girls will flock to you.

I do and am dating a guy who has one. He isn't fat by any stretch of the imagination but he has defined biceps and a little bit of a belly which is the most ideal for me. I love running my nails down his tummy and I know it drives him wild as well.
