My opinion is just as valid for a man as it is for a woman, so you could also have asked "What do men actually want in a relationship to stay loyal".

It is no secret that men are the one gender that tend to be more unfaithful to their girlfriends, spouses or partner simply because they have the feeling they need to hunt for fresh meat. I know it is not nice to hear but this is the sad truth.

So, what both need to do is to put fornication on the back burner and not prioritize that small, unimportant factor in their relationship. Copulation takes less than one single percent of adults' awake time yet it rules the 99 other percent of their time. Why is it so? Why does this unimportant fact weigh so much in most relationships? Simply put, it is because people think that fornicating is what keeps a couple together and this is simply just plain hogwash.

Are you going to stay with your partner because copulating is good but he/she is a despicable character? Because he/she makes your life miserable?

Let me be VERY direct a woman who isn’t loyal 9/10 WILL cheat on you no matter what you do if for no other reason then she wanted to or the opportunity was there. If a woman doesn’t have integrity and isn’t loyal if you’re not being cheated on you will be.

Better question is what makes a woman stay because a genuine woman will exit a relationship she no longer finds fulfilling out of respect for herself but also you.

All women are different women don’t operate in hive minds neither do men. But what makes the right woman stay is a love and respect for herself man that created by a deep bond and emotional connection. A woman who’s in love with your bank account or something else like that isn’t in love with you. She’s in love with money, status, having a trophy, etc. That’s just the truth. But a woman who’s in love with YOU….. you the person. That’s a woman who would die for you

You have to find a loyal woman. If she isn’t she’ll cheat or leave no matter what you do. It’s about her character, not what you do or don’t do. If she is loyal she won’t cheat no matter what, but obviously if you treat her poorly she’ll break up. So, find a loyal woman who you get along with, have similar values with and who’s genuinly attracted to and loves you then be loyal, respectful, attentive and romantic to her. Then you’ll have the best chance of happy life long relationship.

Girls are not a monolith man. You cannot ask this like this is a uniform answer. Some women are toxic and will NEVER be loyal regardless of the circumstances. Some are not.
