Yes. Multiple failed relationships and wants to get married. She just sounds desperate not to be single. I imagine she's probably done very little personal growth because women who are anxious to get married rarely do.

Until she starts becoming more introspective and working on herself, she will just keep messing up her relationships.

That's impossible to say. She could have ended up with people who just weren't right for her, like picking a guy who didn't want to get married or have kids and she did. There are endless explanations for why people aren't married yet and every person's explanation will be slightly different. It's far too simplistic to declare every unmarried person is that way through their own fault.

Being single doesn't define her worth. I don't consider it as a failure on her part. It’s just life. Sometimes, things don't happen when we want them to.
