How do I handle suddenly finding my friend’s younger sister attractive?

been friends with this girl through her work for a couple years now , her younger sister also worked there , thats where i meet them both.

its weird when i first meet her sister i was never that into her , she wasn't really my type , sort of tall thin but she looks a bit different now and matured a lot, now i'd describe her as a really attractive younger women , maybe she went to the gym a lot or dieted better but is much better looking now

she already has a boyfriend so wasn't interested in dating her just not sure how to manage things now that i find her attractive without annoying the older sister who i get along with well

we seem to have managed things so far , we talk and seem to get along fine , was a couple times i was turned on like when i saw her in yoga pants or tight blue jeans but i got over it. her older sister hasn't been around since i posted this question but suppose to be back soon so will see if the 3 of us can get along this summer

What, just because you find her attractive, you have to act differently toward her now?

You're not a young buck anymore my friend. That is a social skill you should have developed already, remaining impartial. If not, well now is the time to learn.

i suppose some guys pretend or hide it better when they like someone there not suppose to , guess i'm not very good at faking it , she's not even single so its not like there is any expectations

Fake it? What? You can recognize someone is beautiful and leave it at that... it's making something of it that it's not that is the issue. Just because you find her physically attractive doesn't mean she needs to become some object of obsession.

on Friday she showed up at work in a tiny little top that showed off her belly before she quickly went in to the washroom and got changed into her tull work top , if she's trying to not get me sexually attracted to her she is not doing what one would expect

we talked a bit when she was at work and seemed to get along but she didn't really have a lot to do , her sister also wasn't at work that day and we seem to talk more when she is not around , infact she ignored me entirely the day her sister was around

Well feelings are normal I would tell you to try for a date but if she has a boyfriend yeah obviously leave it be. It’s normal to develop feelings for someone over time especially as you get to know someone. Maybe you see something compatible in her

well we got along at her work but have never really done anything together , some girls her age i see at the gym but she doesn't seem to go there or goes at a different time.

i guess if we were forced to spend the day together we'd get along but i doubt it would be romantic , i feel it might resemble spending the day hanging out with my sister

Well it’s normal to feel attracted to someone. But if someone has a boyfriend leave it be. Otherwise you never really know unless you try.

But I would cut your losses and meet someone else

i'm not really interested in dating her , just see her at her work , i doubt she's really ever put any though into me being her boyfriend either so it would seem we just have a casual friendship there and i know her sister

i get along better with her older sister which is perhaps why i'd feel so comfortable with her

at her work she usually greets people when they arrive so i'd talk to her then and would likely talk to her again when i go in there , we've never really had in depth convo's like i did with her sister
