For starters, I have known my boyfriend since early February and we connected through mutual friends. He goes to a different highschool than me but loves close so we manage to hangout every weekend and it gives us the space that we need. However, we started dating towards the end of April when he asked me out after we hungout and I immediately said yes. He is very sweet, kind, understanding, and funny. He matches my personality and he has been making me very happy. There is this other boy that is 2 years older than me and I had a crush on him before I started dating my boyfriend. I recently found out last week that he's interested in me and he goes to my school and I have a class with him so we have been talking morning and walking together. I feel super guilty but I’m not sure what to do, I have feelings for them both at the same time, but the guy that I like is more fun and I’m attracted to that. I don’t know if it’s the right decision to break up with my boyfriend over it or if I should friend zone the guy. I mentioned to him that I’m “talking” to someone and I’ve worn my boyfriends hoodie to school weeks ago and he noticed and I mentioned him. I feel conflicted about telling him because I like his attention but its getting to the point where I need advice on what I should do. Anything helps please!

I think you’re going about this in a very messy way. It’s wrong to try and secure a connection with someone else before leaving a relationship that you’re already in. It’s also messed up to both disrespect your boyfriend along with lying to this guy and basically saying you’re single (because saying that you’re talking to someone does not mean you’re in a relationship). I just envision some unpleasant karma coming your way for doing this to someone you’re supposed to care about, and who I’m sure you wouldn’t want doing this behind your back with another girl. In any case, please do this man the favor of a breakup. No good guy deserves this.

If you've come to the end of your attraction to the current boyfriend because you were interested in the first person BEFORE him and now have a chance to be with the first guy, you should fess up and call it quits. You've only been with the second guy a month or two.

Don't feel guilty, be straight and tell No. 2 you're more interested in No. 1. It's been such a short time, it won't be a fatal hit to the nice guy. Honesty in this case, will relieve you of guilt. Good luck.
