The girls I know who do it always find justification to do it so they don't even think of it. Like I know a girl who said to her boyfriend he was jealous just because she had a lot of sex with lots of people before him and him just knew 2 women ((her and his ex) which was so crazy though at the same time he was kinda cheating on her with internet women so they're a crazy couple

I don't think so.

Every girlfriend I ever had, including my wife, had been in previous relationships. Being "in the hands" of more than one man didn't diminish their sense of value or self esteem.

I think it is more normal and healthy to have had relationships in life than to "save yourself" and get married as a virgin.
