I don't think it's flirty in any way. I've seen many girls take their shoes off in school in front of boys countless times. It was just, you know what you got to do... I only problem here is if her feet freaking stinks, and the stench is horrible enough to clear out the entire room! That'd be awkward for both HER AND ME.
