Do you dress for the weather or just stick to your outfit plan?

It's not raining often here and if it does usually not too much so unless it's really bad I go with whatever I had in my mind.

Nah, I pretty much wear the same things all year long.

It snows here and there's a lot of snow days that I work so I dress for the weather

I always take the weather forecast into account. And other stuff too. Weather changes constantly and fast in New England. I carry a small backpack designed for helicopter skiing. It works great for general use too. I always have my ultralight backpacking rain gear in there. If I'm in Manhattan meeting with clients I'll have a suit on or a blazer and a dress shirt. But I'll toss in another button up shirt and possibly a pair of jeans if I'm meeting up with friends after work. It works to flip to a more casual look or... shit happens, and it's a quick recovery option if someone spills a glass of wine on me or I splash tomato sauce on myself while slurping up a bowl of linguini and meatballs.
