Is it wrong to reject dating someone over a nose piercing?

I had a lady friend that i've known who has a nose piercing. I do not approve of nose piercings but i'm not going to tell someone else how to live. One day she asked me out and i uncomfortably declined. Because we have the type of relationship that we can be relatively honest and straightforward with eachother, i think she felt she could ask me why not? After a while she wormed it out of me that nose rings are a red flag. She said you've never said you disliked my nose ring before. And i said i never had a reason to tell you before. Do you look at someone and based on how the look decide whether or not to be friends with them? Because i don't. But dating is another matter. Now she's angry with me.🤷‍♂️

If you're not attracted to that then just walk away. There's no "wrong" if you're not being an ass and telling her to her face that her piercing makes her completely unattractive to you.

Let her be angry. It's like the moron who says "punch me hard to see if i flinch" and when you finally do then they're upset with you.

No. Nose rings are disgusting, awful and makes a person look like a bull. No one should be pressured to date somebody wearing that thing.

I can relate, I'm not a fan of body piercings or tattoos (especially not tattoos). People can do as they please, but it never meant I was obligated to date any of them.
