you have to find someone that doesn't have bravado, or false confidence. you have to find the guy that has the right ideas without coming across as pushy. Someone who is pushy is usually the guy you don't want, the guy who seems overly confident is not actually confident, he's just a narcissist. The guy with the good ideas and good heart is the guy you want, he'll treat you well, he'll be there when you need him, he'll make you feel good, and he'll actually have the real confidence to make the right calls.
