How do I handle my crush at work who’s dating my cousin?

So there's a girl I work with and she's really pretty, down to earth, easy to talk too. So one day we were talking and the convo was good, seen her the next day, convo was good, but my cousin also works with me and she shot her shot at him as soon as she seen him and they've been talking ever since. She gave me a compliment on my haircut a few weeks ago but my told my cousin "I hope he didn't think I was flirting with him" and ever since I've had fell back because she clearly isn't interested because if she was it's very clear she has no problem letting it be known. But til this day she still seems to try to be around me or ask me why I'm so quiet. I usually just give her a greeting and keep it moving (trying not to be rude) and I'm just thinking "you're literally on my cousin like white on rice" why would I bother trying to play runner up.. anyways is there anything I can do to approach the situation or continue just pretending I'm not phased by it..

You just have to accept that she is not into you. I see that you recognize she is not, but that is different than actually accepting it. Sounds like she is trying to be friendly. Whether or not you can reciprocate as friends becomes the question.

If this isn't a bullshit story, then acknowledge that all feelings fade eventually, in healthy people. Even if she was yours, if you don't have issues, you will naturally get bored either way.
