I think its where some try to scam guys in WhatsApp
Is there something special about it where you can scam people in some way you can't do it anywhere else?
Don't know but I tried it and almost was scammed. Google says be careful.
It's probably the biggest, most used messenger in the world. Pretty much Ur standard in Europe for communication.

What do you consider regular texting?
I use WhatsApp because everyone I know is using it. The only time I'd send an SMS is if the internet is down.
Haven't figured that one out, either.
