Nice and physically attractive are almost enough. I've never cared for how much a girl makes, but if she does make a lot, then my only wish is that she doesn't look down on me (even secretly) in any way or expect me to eventually earn more than her. And I'd hope she isn't influenced by her friends or peers opinions of me and where I am in life.

What I'd add to that is similarities... like similar views, interests, sense of humor, aligning goals, sexual compatibility, etc. The more similarities the better, even for things like music (nothing sucks more than being trapped in the car listening to songs you're not a fan of).

As for being out of touch with reality... I don't really know what that entails. Does that mean they're a big dreamer?

In what way lol. A lot of people have areas where they ignore reality to cope it depends how big of an impact it would have. If they're a nice person and have a job they're probably not THAT out of touch with reality.

People think they have free will, for instance, yet everybody wakes up and sabotages their lives in some manner on a daily basis. Fat people on diets relapsing. Relationships falling apart even though, at the start, the two people wanted it work out and be amazing.

Kids go to college and chase money and come to realize they should have chose a career they liked instead of the money. And some say the opposite. What even is reality? Your perception?
Maybe just maybe you're out of touch with reality too...
