I'm not sure what a twink is..
But here is Thailand never fight a Kattoy , Why?

That's so obvious. Twink is still a guy that likely practices martial arts, punches and throws kicks like a man. Even his female counterpart will not beat him. The best female fighter can't never beat the best male fighter.
