Bad for whom? Bad for the couple or bad for other people?
If you are not afraid of what others will think of you and/or your partner, then there is no problem with couples looking so different. Other people may think differently and try to avoid dating a partner that looks too different.
I understand that some people are uncomfortable if 2 people of different ethnicities are together. Now, that would be totally different looks but if someone has dark eyes vs. light ones, I don't really think that people care too much about height and eye color. This is something that happens quite often.
Respectfully, if you’re in a place where outside opinions affect the “goodness” of your relationship then maybe you shouldn’t be in it. I’d say the same thing about age gaps, interracial dating, beauty standards, height differences, etc., you can’t worry about how others will view that relationship. You most likely already felt this uncertainty before officiating things, yet still chose to continue, so to concern yourself with it now just makes no sense.
It's only bad to the people who hate interracial relationships. Doesn't bother me. I've been in more than one myself.
Think of your children , more diversity..
It's positive for sure..
