What do you call a romantic relationship without attraction or intimacy?

What would this type of relationship be called? The woman was never physically attracted to the guy she’s dating. She refuses to have sex with him and will never kiss him, but she helps him with anything else, including financially. She allows him to date or be with other women, and he allows her to date or be with other men.

If there's nothing physical, then part of the definition of romantic is sort of missing there... those are just friends who maybe go out sometimes and call it a date, but it's in name only
