Why does this girl at my gym keep staring at me with a sad/angry look?

I was training in my gym when I noticed a girl looking at me with this expression between pent-up anger and sorrow.

Usually I don't notice what other people do but I noticed her eyes upon me while standing in front of the mirror doing lateral rises. I've seen her doing it a couple times since then.

I'm so confused because I don't know her, I never spoke to her (even the casual "Hi. How many sets do you have left?)

I don't think she noticed me tho and that's great. I think it may be her natural expression but I'm pretty sure she is looking at me or she doesn't want to be there... any suggestions about what's happening?

Why don’t you walk by her and smile and then eventually start talking to her then you’ll find out

I was scared to find out at first you know. I only saw her maybe 3/4 times and I decided to talk about it to close friends but they gave me different opinions.

Don’t wait too long. You don’t know if they have a two week trial membership and they quit. If you wait around, you’re gonna lose out.
