Why does this girl at my gym act like this?

So I met this REALLY good looking indian girl. We got to talking, and she seemed really interested, even saying we should hang out. She got really impressed that I could tell she got Punjabi roots. So I get her number, and she sends her name to her phone using mine. We were walking on our way out, and I asked if I could touch her hair (Yes, I actually asked permission. I explained I didn’t want to touch her without permission) and she put her hair down and gladly let me. On the way out, my dumb ass blew it, trying to be flirty, came off creepy. She was doing legs that day, so I asked if I could walk her to her car, and did put my hands high on her back. She said “please don’t do that, we just met.” but didn’t seem turned off 100% cold. I get to texting her, and she doesn’t respond. I sent a total of about three texts. First one was “hey.” (Remember, the very first one was her using my phone to text to her number) I sent her a video of me horseplaying with my rottweilers, and then a final one hours later saying “Well, I guess I scared you away. Sorry for what I did. I’m deleting your number though.” I asked her in person if we’re cool (at the gym) And she said she wasn’t interested.
