Why does the girl at the gym keep staring?

there's a girl at my gym who keeps staring at me while training, while I'm having a conversation with other people and between sets, it's weird and slightly creepy since I feel she's too hot for me. She even holds her gaze when we cross glances. I'm not huge or tall or anything special, but I am very much in shape and not ugly. I dont know her at all and we've met. Why do you think she does this?

1. She is trying to make you uncomfortable and apparently does a good job at it.
2. You make her uncomfortable in a way and she assess you and the potential danger you represent.
3. You remember her of someone she knows, tries to avoid or attempts to contact.
4. You have a special aura.
5. She is attempting to draw your attention on her in the hope you would initiate a conversation.
6. Your outfit has a hole in the wrong place

There are so many different possibilities. Without talking to her, you will never find out. When you approach her, by as polite and neutral as possible and don't address her as a creep would. Good luck.

I don't know maybe she has a staring problem and does this with a lot of guys. Maybe she heard you're creepy and wants to know if it's true so she's watching you. What are you going to do about it is the question. I do know this. A lot (not all) but a lot of girls who are very fit go for regular fit guys who are just toned or just guys who are below the fitness level they are. There's a lot of celebrity couples like this too.
