Caught girl staring at me in the gym?

I was looking down on my phone and when I looked up this girl was coming up the stairs just gazing, looking directly at me into my eyes. This lasted for like 3 seconds then she abruptly looked away, in panic and looked down. Then looked at me again quickly, then we made eye contact again and again she looked away quickly and looked down very fast. She is very cute and seems nice. So I saw her a few weeks later.. and approached ( I'm normally introverted), I put the situation on me and apologize. She was very friendly and open, saying no worries! no worries!. I introduced myself and asked her name, which she quickly after that asked what my name was again. Later I was on a bike this time she came up watching her step then when she got close to me her eyes fixated on me for a few seconds. What happened with the eye contact situation? Is she interested in me? And if so how do I proceed with her when I see her moving forward? Thanks

That’s pretty often. In that case your best bet is to strike up a conversation whenever an opportunity arises, and then ask her out when the moment feels right. No need to rush it if this isn’t a limited time opportunity.
