She was walking up the stairs at the gym and I was on my phone on a machine and looked up. She was kinda gazing at me not even watching her step. I instinctively quickly looked down because I didn't want her to feel uncomfortable being a female and she looked away quickly too and then we both looked again at each other like 3 seconds later and repeated again the looking away quickly. I've interacted with her like one or two times sharing a machine and she seemed really nice. Why did she act like this? I can understand if I was initially the one staring at her but she was staring at me first. I know no one can read her mind but why do you think this happened? Please help me understand. Thanks
