Not sure how many people experience this, but would it be off-putting for you if a man has rosy cheeks? I have visited a specialist many times just him to say it's my complexion and it's not rosacea. I used to not even notice it until I got older and never see others with red cheeks, so it seems a little embarrassing to say the least. On top of that, I feel like I blush brighter due to me already having red cheeks. It does not feel very masculine for someone to have rosy cheeks and blush a lot.
To me, it's rather strange and kind of ugly. I know this seems odd to ask, but what are your takes on this? IF you saw someone with a red complexion, what would you think if you even notice it lol.

What Girls Said
You might have fatty liver that is causing the flushed cheeks. Take turmeric, do intermittent fasting, avoid sugar after work outs or manual labour, make sure your meat has both fat and protein because too much protein without fat leads to premature aging and metabolic stress, and eat vitamin C fruits to detox your organs. Stress can also cause fatty liver so try journalling or meditation.
I probably wouldn't. Around here, people get sunburned often. That is what I think it would be at first glance. Otherwise, I wouldn't give it a second thought.
Blushing on the other hand I would likely notice if someone is flushed and think there could be something going on like they were embarrassed or anxious.
Most people wouldn't even take any notice of it.
