I’ll ask this again (since this is not the first time you’re posting this): how is he or anyone else supposed to know something is bothering you when you don’t say anything? Every time something is bothering you at that job, you never say anything and I’m just not sure why.

We'd have to know him, and frankly you to answer this. The guy is not always the villain. And the woman isn't always the victim. And both genders have their tendencies. As a guy you learn subtle differences about women and as a woman subtle differences about men. And you learn to treat them differently. That doesn't mean it's applicable to everyone of that gender. There's and exception for every rule.

Or whether you're both playing games and he's just bettwr at it than you.
