Why does he always keep teasing me?

• This guy was continuously teasing me about a bad picture of mine and how good looking my father is and I am totally unlike him.. I got pissed off, so he sent me those kiss emojis, and after a while sent me a picture of mine and said that I look fine in that picture.. He later teased me about how easily I get irritated, so I asked him to stop teasing me if he's really concerned about me getting irritated, in return he said that he would never tease me again.. Does he like me?

It might be a possibility.

Because there are some people who like to see their partners irritated or angry face or response.

Also there are some people who can't honestly complement you so they try to do opposite. They will tease you and say negative of what they think of you.
