Why does my male friend keep glancing at me even in front of his girlfriend?

I mean it was much more intense in the past, intense staring I mean in front of her, he always teases and makes fun of me, he’s even looked at my breasts in front of her, at one point in time when they first started dating he took my hand and started stroking it in front of her and looked in my eyes but she didn’t see. I’ve kept my distance, months later, and we’re estranged but in the same circles but he keeps glancing at me, and even his girlfriend notices him looking at me.
