About 3 weeks ago, my sister decided that it was a good idea to tell a guy that I had a crush on him. When he heard about it, he laughed and said he would like to see and get to know me so we both though it was going good. About a week after it happened, I decided to message him on Snapchat and I told him who I was and he quickly caught on to what was going on and who I was because my sister also told him my name and I was texting him out of nowhere so it was obvious. After he basically forced me to confess, he told me he was in a relationship even though I didn't ask and wasn't looking for one with him.
I tried to laugh it off and quickly ended the convo because it was embarrassing. The following day at school when he saw me, he tried to hide behind a wall and his 3 friends were trying to drag him from behind the wall and they were all laughing and looking at me.
For the rest of that week and the following he tried HIS BEST to avoid me and if we crossed paths I could see that he was literally putting in his all to avoid eye contact. I decided that it was best to try to move on and hang out with my friends. All of a sudden, he stares at me with a blank wide expression until I would notice ad he doesn't look away. He does it every time he sees me. His bestfriend would also glance at me when I'm around.
It got even weirder when I was talking to a male friend and he saw and literally point at me to his friend and his friend came over and engage in a conversation with my friend about his girlfriend and ex girlfriends and he tried his best to keep his voice low but I heard it all and while he was talking to him he was looking at me.by the way my other friend was watching all of this from a distance and told me later that day what happened and she thinks that my crush is interested in me or to know something about me.
Can you guys please explain this? first he avoided me and now is making me uncomfortable by staring at me with a blank expression. Why is he doing this?
