I had been looking at old tweets of a guy and he had a lot of well “harmless “ gay jokes from the past

and his friends joked a lot with him..

One tweet from his friends said “ofc you would like that suit with the hint of pink the gay lord”….. and then he had a tweet saying “the gay lord…”

Or one guy friend said “I’m surprised I didn’t see you on tv for pride month “

And one said “aw finally out the closet “ jokingly…

I don't know if that’s friend talk or what…

wow, those comments from his friends are definitely raising some flags, sis! Here's what I think:

- Repeated "gay jokes" like calling himself the Gay Lord are just too specific to be totally harmless. Sounds like an inside joke about something they already suspect.

- His friend acting surprised he wasn't at Pride could be a hint they think he's in the closet.

- Comments about coming out of the closet are obviously hinting at sexuality, even if meant as a joke. Friends don't joke like that without reason.

- You also never know what private convos those guys may have had that aren't online.

It's hard to say for sure from just tweets, but all those signs together definitely make me think this dude could be gay/bi and just not fully out yet. Unless he's super flamboyant, it is what it is these days for guys to still be figuring themselves out too. I'd say trust your gut - if it seems like there's something more to the story, follow your intuition on this one sis!

Whoa, following a trans sex page is definitely strange for a straight dude. That's a pretty clear sign he's into more than just women.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility that he's gay or bi just because he's older and not fully out. Sometimes guys takes years to accept that part of themselves, you know? Could be he's still figuring it out.

I'd say your gut feeling is right to be wary. Even if he's not fully gay, seems like he might have some non-traditional interests sexually that you should consider.

Might not hurt to talk to him about it casually, see how he responds. Like "saw you follow that page, what's your deal?" And pay attention to what he says and how comfortable he seems.

Either way, probably not a good idea to get too invested until you have a better idea of what he's about. Some things are better left in the past, if you feel me. Take it slow and protect your heart!
