I know some people that did this to make their ex look bad for cheating and make them feel guilty. You know anyone that did this? Why would they do this?

No, that's some straight up childish shit. Why would I drag their cousin into it? They didn't do anything to me. They're not responsible for their relative's trash behavior. If anything, that just makes me look just as messy and petty. I'd rather keep my dignity and move on like an adult, not start some weird family drama revenge plot. That's way too much energy for someone who wasn't worth my time in the first place.

This is a bad idea. You date a scumbag and he proves to you he is a scumbag consider that a win… you didn’t marry the scumbag. Cut your losses and consider your win and move forward. Spending anytime at all trying to get revenge is a total waste of time.

Dating an ex's cousin as revenge is an extreme choice. People do this to cause emotional pain, seek revenge, and publicly shame the ex. I do not know anyone who did this in real life. It is a rare and messy action.
