Is being 27, autistic, on disability and in a group home a dating dealbreaker?

I'm autistic with no job and still rely on others for support. I'm at least good at saving my money I get off disability checks, but I don't know how much that will help me. I don't even have a job at the moment.

I feel so inadequate I can't even imagine living on my own and providing for myself. I've been told by others I'm physically attractive but I don't see anything special about my appearance, and it didn't help much on Tinder. I finally got 1 match I liked at 1 point but waited quite a bit before messaging her, then she suddenly removed me.

I think you should focus more on getting yourself into a better position before trying to find love. Depending on how you navigate your autism, that shouldn’t be much of an issue, I have an autistic ex. But when you admit not knowing how to take care of or provide for yourself, on top of being jobless, that realistically just isn’t an ideal situation for any woman to willingly sign up for. Unless she were in a similar position of course.
