Did my first date go well or am I just in the friend zone?

So I went on what I thought was a date like she likes me according to a friend and I like her. So I asked her to do something and we did yesterday. I told her during the hangout that I had a good time and wanna do it again and she said later on that she had a good time. Later she texted me she had fun and thanked me for hanging out. It was a first date to me. I'm new to dating so sorry if I'm asking a dumb question. But does this mean friend zone or she had a good time and wants a second date?

Yeah you right it just sounds off. My mom said it's her trying to take things slow I guess she said it'd sound weird if she said date I'm like that's what I would've said if I said it on text

So today I saw her and she didn't talk to me until I saw she had a knee brace on and I asked her if she's okay and she said yeah something happened during the weekend and I said the weekend felt too short and she's like "I thought the same" but otherwise ignored me so I'm assuming I got my answer I was looking for. I'll give it a extra day to be certain because everyone has off days where they don't feel like being social.
