If she's going topless, just do it. You don't have to ask permission in that situation. I'm a nudist, but so is my wife, so there's definitely agreement that nudity is fine in our family. Family & Friends

If you had phimosis would you rather just get circumcised right away or use a steroid cream for 4 weeks to try see if it works?
Definitely try the least invasive methods first. I know a few guys that had phimosis and we're able to fix it with steroid cream and spacers. Health & Fitness
In front of whom can a mother breastfeed without cover?
Anyone and everyone. Mother's should be able to breastfeed when and where their child is hungry or fussy, and they shouldn't have to bury their child in some sort of cover for them to breastfeed. Family & Friends
