Why my colleague told me I laugh with the manager who yelled at him ? He mean I laugh with him or with the manager or with the event?

The manager yelled at him in front of me and after 5 minutes i laughed for other reason i thinked something funny. This time my colleague told me i laugh with the manager who yelled at him.

I was a AM for a short time this is NEVER acceptable to yell at a employee in front of other employees or customers (if applicable) the only times I’ve ever yelled at someone was for a major issue. Such as one time someone thew a bottle of wine in anger and broke it. I lost my temper on that as well as a sexual harassment case.

If I ever talked to someone like that especially in front of other employees my ass would be being chewed out maybe even fired or demoted by all the big bosses.

But sometimes laughter is just a response for things like that. What can you do?

I don't know how to respond to that don't make a lot of Sence, I don't really think it matters I do it a lot I laugh when I shouldn't people kind of get it after a bit if not I'm not botherd int my folt lol.
