I Was climbing ladder at work and I was scared to get on top of roof cause it's weak.. Anyway everyone was standing under the ladder and the girl said you're small enough to get up there and chuckled... I'm average height... She said it was a compliment and later aplogized but i feel like she was making fun of me

You're luck you didn't work at the job I had in the oil patch. If a guy climbed up on the scaffolding all the other guys would start shaking it to see if we could knock him down, and if the scaffolding had wheels he was really screwed.
