Why is “Exactly” so hard to pronounce in non English tongue?

I am learning English. Pronouncing is hard. Why is “exactly” so hard to pronounce? How do you pronounce it?

The great thing about the English language that that syntax (the order of words) is much more important than grammar or tone. You can botch the grammar or put your "ac-CENT" on the wrong "Syl-LAB-ble" and people can still get an idea what you mean, in a way that with many other languages, you botch the grammar or the pronunciation and you change the entire meaning.

The initial "uhg" sound comes from the E, the sound is similar to the E when you say the word "egg"

I wasn't sure how to explain it and I didn't mean it sounded like "egg" lol, I meant the "uhg" or letter E is the same E sound used in the word "egg"

For example, the two words "cat" and "car" share the same C sound

But if you make it flow then it sounds more natural.
