I am really annoyed with my studies and regret shifting to new college because parents forced me?

In Mass Media Major,
ONLY this college teaches ADDITIONAL Commerce subject with MATHS, Law subject and only 3 media subjects.

I am so pissed off and I feel unnecessary pressure to study like a nerd for subjects which I'm NOT INTERESTED IN.

I improved my acting skills in LOCKDOWN, Read new book and had time to learn NEW THINGS RATHER THAN BEING A COMMERCE NERD.

How am I gonna endure this pain in ass and head for 2 years?

My parents will murder me if I told them to get me back to my old college, where it REALLY used to teach the required subjects.

Do what you have to do to get back to the school you were in. Your parents can get mad all they want, but it's not their future, it's YOURS. They have to stop being unreasonable and respect how you operate. You only need 1 math, if not 2 if science is part of your GE. They are wrong. Unless it is a money issue, it is wrong for them to do so. I can see law because you have to study that in that area. But only 3 in the courses? No way.

That's the reason that this new college is highly reputed. So you know why they won't let me go back.

That ain't the point. What's going to happen if you can't God forbid find a job in your field? How you should have switched your major, or picked the right classes? I'm sorry, with all due respect to you and your family, your parents need to wake up to reality. No matter how reputed a college is, it means nothing in the real world. And you need to educate your parents on that. You can go to Havard and still be without work. It's not about what you know, it's who you know out here.

There are placements but we are not sure that the old college will give us good placements or not. That's the problem dear.

At that point, you got to decide if this is something that you can actually live with one not. Because as I said before, this is not their future, this is your future. And if they are not willing to truly invest in your future, you're going to have to find ways to invest your own. That's all I can really tell you, because at the end of the day, you got to pick courses that are actually going to do what it's considered standard. And sadly not every place holds the same ones. Maybe have a talk with the admissions office, or see if you can actually talk with your old advisors. They may be able to help you with something.

Yes, I have to do that. I'll contact 3rd year seniors. If there are no economics or MATHS then I'll continue here otherwise I'll switch it. Thank you for your concern and help.

Not a problem. I pray things work out for you, and don't give up. But if you ever see that is hurting your academic career, do not be afraid to get yourself out.

Most colleges want you to be well rounded. I was a Biology major and had to take 3 semesters of a foreign language, two humanities, and four English courses.

I LOVE foreign languages and English. These subjects aren't much of a burden. Maybe humanities is a little too much. Similarly I have economics with MATHS and that long elaborate stupid law subject which is a big burden for us.
