Our workplace has a woman who dress like a "quality slut" or a "expensive whore"(female co-workers's word). At least once a week, I see a side boobs, a low cut that goes under the boobs and a necklace down in her boobs crack with a flashy color (red gem, yellow gem) to get the attention there. We have a lot of woman in our office who dress moderate sexy and it's never problem. But, everyday she wear something slutty. During her break she walk around the office cubicle and look at her colleagues and smile at them. Sometimes she flirt with me and make sexual joke in our communication while looking at my picture of my wife, me and kids. There was that one time she talked about loving soft liquidy yogourt while looking me below my belt. I never respond to those joke positively or negatively, I sometimes even leave when the conversation become too weird. Most women in my office tell me that they (women) feel she (the problem) believes is in competition with every women she meet. I get a lot of complaint (some formal, some informal) from 80% of the worker about it. From both men and women.
I don''t want to fire her for something like that and she isn't bad at her job. But, the number of complaint are rising. One of my good employee left and told me that she is not interested in working in a unofficial brothel. She mentioned the "quality whore" right after.
As a man, I feel really uncomfortable to talk about the subject to her and/or to fire her. We don't gave an hr department (too small). What should I do?
