Girl's Behavior

Female Coworker?

I don’t know her and never talk with her. She is always looking at me up close or at a distance. I have caught her looking directly at me and she will suddenly turn around becoming busy. This has been occurring months now and I am unsure of her problem. I like men and not women at all. I talk with a lot of people at work and not her cause I respect she doesn’t like being very sociable so I leave her be. However, I have noticed at times she will come by my area a lot and I have even seen her come by looking at a line without her computer, pallet jack and or material before too. She is a worker like me and not in management at all. Unless you say something to her she does not talk to anyone in the department. I can’t understand why she is always looking at me. Even when I am talking with other coworkers I notice out of no where she is lingering around and or looking at me. I have not tried to say a word or get to know her. She has not done the same with me but constantly keeps looking all the time. I could be paying full attention to my work and suddenly she is near doing her work but also trying to catch a look at me. One guy I know said to me she is weird and sometimes when she looks at him he will wave by speaking to her. He said doesn’t talk to her due to her behavior. I am not interested in socializing with her not trying to know her. At the same time can someone give me an opinion on why all the darn looking she continually does? I am so confused of her behavior and it’s becoming annoying to say the least.
