Can you read your own handwriting?

I hate that point in the meeting, where you're about to read off all the stuff you're going to accomplish after the meeting, and then you're like, 'Oh crap I can't read my own handwriting.' I've got the scrawl of a doctor or corporate psycho, take your pick.

No but I doubt anyone else could cause I use a lot of short cuts.

For example if the notes were supposed to be (and yes I know the example is hilarious, just roll with it):

Microsoft windows 10 is the most innovative operating system on the planet offering users a more diverse experience with their computing needs.

My notes would read:

I struggle sometimes.
After I was in therapy my shrink told me to keep a journal. I had a small note pad I carried around and would write things down. After one drunken evening I wrote about 4 pages of drunken thoughts, couldn't read a word of it
