You work for two employers but one of them pays more. If the employer that pays less ask you what is it about the other employer that makes you stay?

I would first ask the employer how much is he willing to give me a raise (and by how much) before disclosing the exact amount I am getting paid. Or we can write the numbers on a paper, fold it and exchange the papers.

I would be honest and tell them the pay of the current employer. I will only do this because most times it’s about the treatment of your employees more than about how much you paying them.

Thanks for answering. I love the company that pays less and I would go to them in a heart beat full time if they paid more because overall they are the package but at the same time I have bills to pay
