If you could create a brand new word that would be used all over the world transcending beyond any language barrier, what would you choose, and what would it mean

The simpsons resulted in "Meh" and "D'oh" being added to the dictionary, both offered a spelling of a common verbal grunt.

I suppose a good new word would be something like that.
