That doesn't mean you are not a hard worker. You just may not be fitted for straining fewer jobs, or that you have to develop that part of yourself and make commitments. It requires focus, determination, a desire to work, and most importantly, are you in a healthy workplace? If not, then you have to focus on just the areas you need improvement. Plus what work hours are you talking about here? 9-5? And what jobs have you had in the past that makes you ask this question?
It may mean that you're going to need career counseling, mentorship, and perhaps training if not education. Maybe think about going back to school or college/Vocational so you can see if you can start a new career. Find out your talents and strengths. Don't focus on weakness just yet. the question maybe you lack healthy self-esteem about SELF, NOT that you aren't a productive worker. But that your talents and strengths may lay elsewhere than the positions you often find employment.
Some job requirements people have today is not healthy in the wise long term anyway and people are practically slave working until they become ill. If that is what is happening to you, then you may need to find another job or career, if you know what you want and is able to qualify for those jobs. But in the meantime, do seek career advice and counseling.
