How do I come to terms with the fact that I am not good as good at something I enjoy and I work hard for as others?

Others have more experience and better preparation in this field. I thought I could catch up to them, but I isolated myself and I sacrificed sleep and rest, which led me to mental health issues. Now I get more sleep and I don't isolate myself so much to learn to catch up, but I am still disappointed I can't catch up to my peers.

How do I come to terms with the fact that I am not good as good at something I enjoy and I work hard for as others?
