You ever feel like everything you try to do just goes up in flames?

If it is any consolation, being a Realtor can be hard work, although with what the Demunists are doing to the economy and currency, it will be an inflation hedge again, just as it was in the 1970's. My mom was a realtor, and it was always "feast or famine". A couple of years she actually out-earned Dad, which allowed for home improvements, additional investments by them, and a vacation or two, but mostly over the decades his steady paycheck was most important.
Are you sure you absolutely cannot work at all? Doing anything is better than doing absolutely nothing.
"I'm a veteran but got kicked out for being injured and coming home to be called a "let down" by my step dad." - what an asshole! Like you *wanted* to be injured? And yes, in the service of Uncle Sam, that risk is pervasive, even in the most peaceful of peacetimes.
Yeah not at the moment I can't, maybe soon. Yup my stepdouche is just that an ass.
But they did give you a disability pension and education and health benefits, right? I know, it is not much compared to being fully whole again, but do what you can with it in terms of schooling, treatments, and finances.
Some benefits not the full thing to pay off stuff.
I'm sorry..
The "let down" thing sounds odd
Pick yourself up, adjust, and keep moving. It’s the same for everyone to varying degrees. If it appears some people have it easy, they don’t. Everyone gets life's shovelfuls.
Yeah life is hard for everyone. Not only myself all I can do is try
Just trying to say you aren’t alone. We all have to keep moving. “When you're going through hell, keep going.” WC
