So when I work 36 hours anything beyond that is double time. So if I work 10 on Friday sat and Sunday that's 30 hours double time. No time and a half stuff.

Usually overtime is considered any amount of hours after full time which full time is 40 hours a week, anything past that is overtime and I believe most jobs have overtime at some point
