I don't see the conflict between them. So where in life would the choice be? One choice would be stay in hometown vs moving to a bigger city. Which involves higher demands since costs are higher, competion is higher. So this choice depends on personality some move while being young and then move back when your older and want to settle down.
Ill pick A because Ill eventually get tired of the same city even if it is exciting, and it would be cool to travel around the world.
A sounds more appealing to me. It would be nice if I didn't have any debt. Plus I would really like to travel. I also wouldn't want to work with my future spouse because I would see him constantly and I wouldn't want to mix my work life with my personal life.

Eh I would never raise my kids in city. Theyre all basically a certain type I wouldn't want to be around. Give me a small town with my wife and kids.
