Can I dropout of high school?

i have recently hit a point of school and tbh my school doesn’t teach at all they hand us a laptop and a book and just text that’s it so i have it the point i am in 10th grade a sophomore i feel i just am wasting my time and want to pursue my dreams and goals not sit in a class learning stuff that i don’t need and waste it repeating the same pointless process and pursuing nothing of value i love in Kentucky and i am 16 i have a question could i in fact dropout or no i passed 9th and seek to dropout at 10th is this legally possible and any ways i could dropout at this point to pursue my goals rn and not waste my time and potential?

You can drop out of high school but be prepared of a life filled with menial jobs that pay minimum wage and crappy benefits. You say you want to pursue your dreams, if your dreams are to sit in mom's basement and play video games I guess that is your choice,
You should try and make the best of high school. I thought high school sucked too and that I was wasting my time. I stuck it out and it gave me options later in life that I would not have had.
