Why is my boss telling others to be like me?

This guy she always tells that to always judges me in response. She hears it. Why tell people to be like other people in the fist place?

So sick of people and the fact im nice to people and accept others then find out they have judgements about me. Why do i bother having a postive attitude about others i dont know

Im so disappointed my leaders are not good leaders. They let me down over and over.

They dont fire a multitude of sexual harassers and lazy people. Yes USA. in fact those types get promoted in a hurry.

If this guy starts sexually harassing people openly i am sure he would be offered a higher position with quickness
