Mine is like this. I work remotely as a software developer for an American company. It has the perk of flexible hours although I sometimes find it difficult to motivate myself during the slow seasons. The requirement is that I meet deadlines and write weekly reports as well as commit code changes regularly through version control. We also communicate via Skype and Gotomeeting.

Yeah like I know a TSSA guy and a comp guy who make good money working at home, and my dads PhD friends also make money working at home, I also know psychiatrists work at home through phone calls and my family doctor works online and through email.
